But before all the titles and businesses, I was just a little girl from the projects trying to find her way out. I was raised in public housing where survival mode was the norm — but education, discipline, and faith became my way through. From the projects to earning my PhD, I’ve faced poverty, abandonment, identity struggles, and the deep fear of outgrowing who I was raised to be.

Now, I teach other women how to break their own cycles — whether they’re rediscovering themselves after life knocked them down, or launching a private practice after years of playing small in the therapy world.
