  • Engage in defamatory behavior

Violation results in immediate removal without refund.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy.

However:

  • Group containers are not confidential therapy spaces.

  • What you share may be seen by other participants.

  • We are not responsible for disclosures made by other members.

Do not share anything you are unwilling to have discussed in a group educational setting.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost income

  • Business losses

  • Emotional distress

  • Consequential damages

  • Third-party platform issues (Skool, GoHighLevel, payment processors)
